Centre Ring Equine Appraisals are certified and governed by the American Society of Equine Appraisers and conducted under and in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The Appraisal Foundation in Washington DC has adopted the Personal Property Appraiser Minimum Qualification Criteria developed by the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB). This national criteria establishes experience and educational requirements to insure appraisers meet USPAP standards developed by the Appraisal Foundation.

Appraisals are used in litigation to aid in the settlement or prevention of lawsuits. Centre Ring Equine Appraisal Services offers expert witness testimony and assistance with investigations, litigation and witness questioning.
